Terms and Conditions:

• The original of the repair ticket form must be brought and returned, to collect the unit, and in case the paper is lost, the special form must be filled in with the presentation of the documents of ownership of the device (national identity, matching signature, text message, e-mail), and the company has the right to refuse to deliver the unit if it turns out the recipient data not identical and matching company records.

• The examination takes up to 3 working days, and the repair varies according to the availability of parts, in general the expected time to complete the service is from 14-7 working days.
• Keeping data and information is the customer’s responsibility, and the service center does not copy or restore the customer’s data, the examination of products may require erasing systems, contents and reinstallation. Make sure to take a copy of your data before delivering the product, remove all data that you want to protect, and disable all passwords and security, before you visit the center, knowing that the center does not bear the responsibility for losing information and retrieving it.

• The customer is obliged to pay the product inspection fees in advance for the device out of the warranty or the product that shows the reason for the malfunction of the misuse, and the inspection fee cannot be refunded if the repair is canceled as follows: 230 SAR on Mac devices, 115 SAR on the iPhone, iPad and iPod.

• Devices that did not pass the external or internal examination due to their exposure to previous or consequential damages during the examination of the device or in the event of changing non-original parts, the customer can request examination and repair out of warranty on his own responsibility due to the possibility of complications and without any liability on the company.

• Operating Systems Restoration is not covered by warranty, charges apply as follow: Mac 288 SAR iPhone, iPad, iPod and other 115 SAR.

• Service will be provided as per to the Apple’s Hardware Warranties policy, please find the following link: /http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty

• Phone/iPad/iPod replacement units will not have FaceTime application.

• Please make sure to deactivate Activation Lock (iCloud/Find My iPhone) from iOS units before delivering to service. We will not accept any Device with Find My iPhone Enabled.

• Service Providers do not provide Find My and (iCloud) removal or deactivation, if you need assistance, please contact AppleCare Call Center service, https://www.apple.com/sa/contact/

• The customer has the right to deliver only one device for service, and another product can only be delivered after the previous unit has been completed.

• Aleph will not be responsible for any accessories already installed on devices, ex: Screen protectors and we do not compensate for it.

• In case of no show/delay for more than 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and customer will need to make a new booking.

• You will not have any claims over the unit if it’s not collected within 30 days of intimation or after 90 days from the day on service form.

• Service includes the provision of approval of the Privacy Policy Agreement between the company and the customer, where it can be accessed in our official website: https://alephksa.com

The customer is obligated to pay all repair costs and inspection fees for damages and faults for the product outside of warranty before starting to order spare parts and product maintenance, and the customer is not entitled to cancel the repair request after starting the repair or after submitted the order, the damaged or replaced parts or devices will not be returned.
• If we received a device from a customer and it appears or it rises doubts or suspicion on the device ownership, the company is entitled to keep the product, and ask for documents to verify the ownership of the device. If the customer failed to do that, the company have all the rights to keep the device and any fees paid regrading this device.
