What is the period for returns and exchanges?

You can return the product(s) within 3 days or exchange it within 7 days from the date the order was received (based on the shipping company’s approved delivery date ).

How and where do I return or exchange my order?

You can go to one of the Aleph stores for an exchange or return. Or you can request a return online.

What are the conditions of return or exchange?

Products must be unused, packed in original form with invoice retained (photos of the product to be returned or exchanged may be requested before the order is shipped back to us)

How do I receive the refunded amount?

The amount is refunded to the same card on which it was paid. Refunds will be given within 3-14 working days (depending on card type) of our receipt of the products.

In the event that the payment is Cash On Delivery, we refund the amount by transferring it to the bank account after checking the products.

Are the deposit and balance on Aleph Gift card eligible for a refund?

Deposits for custom orders and pre-orders are not refundable. Amounts charged to Aleph Gift Cards are also non-refundable.
